Virtual or in-person therapy for people ages 16+. Trauma informed counseling for learning how to navigate identity, anxiety, depression, ruminating thoughts, unhelpful behaviors, relationship challenges or feeling stuck and not knowing where to begin.

Supervision & Consultation

Supervision for provisionally licensed social workers and mental health clinicians seeking clinical licensure. Supervision is typically offered weekly to provide support and guidance.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a way to be in community with other people who may be working through similar feelings, experiences or challenges as you. We heal through connection with others and group therapy is another way to feel supported and realize we are not alone in our struggles.

Yoga

Yoga is a practice of being present; to breath, sensation, mind and community. It can be a pathway to trauma healing, deeper connection with self, and increasing physical mobility.

If you are interested in one on one yoga support, hosting a group, workshop or event, please reach out to discuss. Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness are all taught through a trauma informed lens and can be adapted for all bodies and ranges of motion. The styles of yoga that we teach include Vinyasa (flow), Yin & Restorative.
