At Create the pause (CTP), we aim to create a safe space for you to examine, explore and connect to your most authentic version of Self. Emotional wellness includes examining all the relationships you have, most importantly the one you have with you. We incorporate mind, body, and soul while navigating identity, community, culture, and the systems within our environment.

In-person and remote therapy options:

Our office is located in the Plaza-Midwood area of Charlotte. We also offer telehealth appointments to best accommodate your needs.

Accessibility notes: There are stairs or a ramp you can use to enter the building. The office is on the first floor and has gender-neutral restrooms.
